内窥镜在十二指肠乳头腺瘤诊断及治疗中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：十二指肠乳头腺瘤起源于十二指肠乳头部位。由于其发病率较低,临床表现不具特异性,早期诊断和治疗具有一定的挑战性。随着内窥镜技术的发展,内窥镜下乳头切除术已成为治疗十二指肠乳头腺瘤的主要方法。内窥镜检查不仅可以为临床诊断提供直观的依据,而且可以在直视下进行肿瘤切除,具有创伤小、恢复快等优点。因此,内窥镜在十二指肠乳头腺瘤的诊断和治疗中具有重要价值。近年来,关于内窥镜在十二指肠乳头腺瘤诊断及治疗中的应用研究逐渐增多。本文将对近年来关于内窥镜在十二指肠乳头腺瘤诊断及治疗中的应用研究进行综述。Adenoma of the duodenal papilla originates from the duodenal papilla.Due to its low incidence and non-specific clinical manifestations,early diagnosis and treatment are challenging.With the development of endoscopic technique,endoscopic papillectomy has become the main treatment method for duodenal papilloma.Endoscopy can not only provide intuitive basis for clinical diagnosis,but also can perform tumor resection under direct vision,which has the advantages of less trauma and faster recovery.Therefore,endoscopy is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of duodenal papilloma.In recent years,the application of endoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of duodenal papilloma has been increasing.This article reviews the recent research on the application of endoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of duodenal papillary adenoma.
