摘　　要：目的:比较普通喉镜与GlideScope视频喉镜在口腔颌面部手术患者的效果。方法:选取南昌大学附属口腔医院于2021年1月~2023年1月收治的80例口腔颌面部手术患者,采用入院时间先后法将其分为观察组(40例,GlideScope视频喉镜)和对照组(40例,普通喉镜),比较两种应用效果。结果:两组的血流动力学指标及并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组气管插管指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于普通喉镜,在口腔颌面部手术中采用GlideScope视频喉镜,可改善血流动力学,提高插管效率与质量,安全可靠。Objective:To compare the effectiveness of ordinary laryngoscopy and Glide Scope video laryngoscopy in patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods:80 patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery who were admitted to the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group(40 cases,Glide Scope video laryngoscope)and the control group(40 cases,ordinary laryngoscope)by the time of admission.Compare the effects of two applications.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in hemodynamic indicators and complications between the two groups(P>0.05);The indexes of tracheal intubation in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to ordinary laryngoscopy,using Glide Scope video laryngoscopy in oral and maxillofacial surgery can improve hemodynamics,improve intubation efficiency and quality,and be safe and reliable.
