摘  要:目的:本文探讨IOL Master与结合A超和角膜地形图测量在确定人工晶体度数时的影响及其准确性。方法:选取36例(52眼)在本院眼科进行白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体(IOL)植入术的白内障患者。其中,年龄相关性白内障25例,并发性白内障11例,分为IOLMaster组与A超联合角膜地形图测量组。结果:IOL Master组中,术前IOL Master与A超测得眼轴长度无显著性差异(P>0.05),但眼轴长度超过26mm的患者中存在显著差异(P<0.05);IOL Master与角膜地形图评估的角膜曲率间存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后3个月,IOLMaster组与A超联合角膜地形图测量组存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:在眼轴长正常的情况下,IOL Master与A超合角膜地形图能显示出较高的眼轴长及IOL度数。Objective:This article will conduct a comparative analysis to explore the impact and accuracy of IOL Master versus the combination of A-ultrasound and corneal topography in determining the power of intraocular lenses.Methods:36 cataract patients(52 eyes)who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL)implantation in our ophthalmology department were selected.Among them,25 cases of age-related cataracts and 11 cases of concurrent cataracts were divided into the IOL Master group and the A-ultrasound combined corneal topography measurement group.And analyze each group using different methods.Results:In the IOL Master group,there was no significant difference in preoperative IOL Master and A-ultrasound measured axial length(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference(P<0.05)in patients with axial length exceeding 26mm;There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01)between the IOL Master and the corneal curvature evaluated by corneal topography;3 months post-operation,a notable disparity(P<0.05)was observed between the group measured with IOL Master and the group assessed through the combination of A-ultrasound and corneal topography.Conclusion:When the eye axis length is normal,the IOL Master combined with A-ultrasound corneal topography can display higher eye axis length and IOL degree.
