摘 要:目的分析规范化教学模式在临床研究生多学科诊疗带教中应用的效果。方法选取2020年3月—2023年8月在内蒙古林业总医院参与多学科诊疗工作的60名临床专硕研究生作为研究对象,用随机数表法将其分为两组,各30名。对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组采取规范化教学模式。比较两组研究生培训后的考核成绩、学生对教学的满意度情况以及培训前后学生的诊疗能力评分。结果培训前,两组研究生考核成绩、诊疗能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);培训后,观察组考核成绩、教学满意度、诊疗能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在临床研究生多学科诊疗带教中规范化教学模式的应用能有效提升研究生考核成绩和临床诊疗能力,且该培训方式能获取研究生较高的满意度评价,具有较高的培训价值。Objective To analyze the effect of the standardized teaching model in the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment teaching of clinical graduate students.Methods 60 clinical postgraduate students who participated in multi⁃disciplinary diagnosis and treatment at Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital from March 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 30 students in each group.The students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching model,and the students in the observation group adopted the standardized teaching model.The post-training assessment scores,students'satis⁃faction with teaching,and students'diagnostic and treatment ability scores before and after training were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results Before the training,there was no significant difference in assessment scores and diagno⁃sis and treatment ability scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).After the training,the assessment results,teach⁃ing satisfaction and diagnosis and treatment ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized teaching models in the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment teaching of clinical graduate students can effectively improve the assessment scores and clinical diagnosis and treatment abilities of graduate students.Moreover,this train⁃ing method can obtain higher satisfaction evaluations from graduate students,has high training value.
