摘  要:光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)是一种新型非侵入性快速成像技术,与当前的眼前节成像技术相比,OCTA具有快速、无创、无染料等优势。此外,与频域OCTA相比,最新的扫频OCTA信噪比更强、穿透力更高、波长更长,能够检测更深层次的血管结构,获得更高分辨率的精准血流成像。OCTA主要应用于视网膜血管成像,进行眼前节成像时需要安装眼前节适配器透镜。近年来,OCTA应用于眼前节疾病的研究日益增多,本文将对OCTA在结膜、巩膜、角膜及虹膜等眼前节疾病中的应用进行综述。同时比较频域OCTA和扫频OCTA在眼前节疾病中的应用,并对其局限性进行讨论。Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)is a new non-invasive and rapid imaging technique.Compared with current anterior segment imaging techniques,OCTA has advantages such as rapidity,non-invasive,and dye-free.In addition,compared to spectral domain OCTA,the latest swept-source OCTA has a stronger signal-to-noise ratio,higher penetration,and longer wavelength,and can detect deeper vascular structures,achieving higher resolution and accurate blood flow imaging.OCTA is mainly used for retinal vascular imaging,and anterior segment imaging requires the installation of anterior segment adapter lenses.In recent years,research on the application of OCTA in anterior segment diseases has been increasing.This article will review the application of OCTA in anterior segment diseases such as conjunctiva,sclera,cornea,and iris.The application of spectral domain OCTA and swept-source OCTA in anterior segment diseases are also compared and their limitations are discussed..
