摘　　要：目的:分析康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的影响因素。方法:回顾性选取2019年1月—2023年1月北京市朝阳区某社区医院精神科门诊收治的115例康复期精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,根据社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分分为社会功能缺陷组、非社会功能缺陷组,调查两组一般资料,分析康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的影响因素。结果:115例康复期精神分裂症患者有社会功能缺陷85例,发生率为73.91%;Logistic回归分析显示,生活质量差、病耻感重、认知功能低均为康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:康复期精神分裂症患者仍有较大概率存在社会功能缺陷,与患者生活质量差、病耻感重、认知功能低密切相关,临床需给予重视。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of social function deficits in convalescent schizophrenia patients.Methods:A total of 115 convalescent schizophrenia patients who were admitted to a Community Hospital Psychiatirc Clinic in Chaoyang District in Beijing from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into social function deficit group and non-social function deficit group according to the score of Social Disability Screening Schedule.General information in two groups were investigated.The influencing factors of social function deficits in convalescent schizophrenia patients were analyzed.Results:Among the 115 convalescent schizophrenia patients,85 cases had social function deficit,with an incidence rate of 73.91%.Logistic regression analysis showed that,poor quality of life,severe stigma,and low cognitive function were independent risk factors for social function deficit in convalescent schizophrenia patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The convalescent schizophrenia patients still have a high probability of social function deficits,which are closely related to poor quality of life,severe stigma and low cognitive function.Clinical attention should be paid.
