摘  要:癌症是人类死亡的最主要原因之一。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)参与调节多种癌细胞的形成、侵袭以及迁移。其中,lncRNA DNM3OS参与多种癌症的发生发展,如呼吸系统肿瘤、消化系统肿瘤、泌尿生殖系统肿瘤及其他恶性肿瘤。lncRNA DNM3OS在上述癌细胞中差异表达,与癌症患者的预后密切相关。同时,DNM3OS作为lncRNA可以与不同的微RNA结合,通过参与磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B信号通路、血小板衍生生长因子/血小板衍生生长因子受体信号通路等发挥生物学作用,提示DNM3OS可能成为多种癌症新的潜在诊疗靶点。然而,目前关于lncRNA DNM3OS的功能研究主要集中在细胞水平,在实验动物中的研究报道较少,未来仍需深入研究lncRNA DNM3OS在癌症中的机制。Cancer is one of the leading causes of human death.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is involved in regulating the formation,invasion,and migration of various cancer cells.Among them,lncRNA dynamin 3 opposite strand(DNM3OS)is involved in the development of multiple cancers,such as respiratory system tumors,digestive system tumors,genitourinary system tumors,and other malignant tumors.LncRNA DNM3OS is differentially expressed in the aforementioned cancer cells and is related to the prognosis of the patients.Besides,as a lncRNA,DNM3OS can bind to different microRNAs and participate in various biological pathways such as the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B signaling pathway,the platelet derived growth factor/platelet derived growth factor receptor signaling pathway,suggesting that DNM3OS may serve as a potential diagnostic and therapeutic target for multiple cancers.However,current research on the function of lncRNA DNM3OS mainly focuses on the cellular level,with limited reports on studies in experimental animals.Further investigation is still needed to elucidate the mechanism of lncRNA DNM3OS in cancer in the future.
