摘 要:围绕“三海一核”领域培养可靠顶用创新型人才的目标,探索了新工科背景下大学物理实验多维度教学模式。维度1,增设融入新工科元素的高阶实验和创新实验类型,构建了多层次教学内容;维度2,采用线上线下混合式的多元化教学方法,形成课前、课中、课后物理实验研学新途径;维度3,采用3+1+N过程性多维考核方式,将科创竞赛纳入考核,提升过程性考核的占比,将课-赛-研-创有机融合到一起。3年的实施效果及学生反馈表明,该模式有效提升学生的实践能力、创新探索意识,提高了大学物理实验教学的达成度,为工科物理实验教学改革提供了一种新范式。In response to the demand for cultivating new engineering talents and focusing on the goal of reliable and innovative talent cultivation in the field of Shipbuilding industry,naval equipment,ocean development,and nuclear energy applications,a multi-dimensional teaching model for university physics experiments in the context of new engineering has been explored.The first dimension is the addition of high-level experiments and innovative experimental types that incorporate new engineering elements,and the construction of multi-level teaching content.The second dimension is to adopt a diversified teaching method that combines online and offline methods,forming a new approach to physics experimental research before,during,and after class.The third dimension is to adopt a 3+1+N process based multidimensional assessment method,incorporating science and innovation competitions into the assessment,increasing the proportion of process based assessments,and organically integrating courses,competitions,research,and innovation.The implementation effect and student feedback over the past three years indicate that the multi-dimensional teaching model of college physics experiments in the context of the new engineering discipline effectively enhances students’practical abilities,innovative exploration awareness,and improves the degree of achievement of college physics experimental teaching,providing a new paradigm for the reform of engineering physics experimental teaching.
