摘  要:农作物秸秆是农业生产过程中的副产物,是地球上第一大可再生资源,我国是农作物秸秆资源量较为丰富的国家。木质纤维素是秸秆细胞壁的主要成分,是一种可循环利用的物质资源,在饲料领域具有很大的利用价值。木质纤维素的结构紧密且复杂,利用难度大,采用生物法降解木质纤维素是一种绿色、安全、高效的方式。文章概述了木质纤维素的组成成分及结构,重点叙述了自然界中降解木质纤维素的微生物种类,及微生物降解木质纤维素各组分的降解机理,以期为研究生物降解木质纤维素提供参考依据,进而促进秸秆饲料化的发展进程。Crop straw was a byproduct of agricultural production and the largest renewable resource on Earth.China was a country with abundant crop straw resources.Lignocellulose was the main component of straw cell wall and a recyclable material resource with great potential in the field of feed.The structure of lignocellulose was tight and complex,and its utilization was difficult.Using biological methods to degrade lignocellulose was a green,safe,and efficient way.This article provided an overview of the composition and structure of lignocellulose,with a focus on the types of microorganisms that degrade lignocellulose in nature,as well as the degradation mechanisms of each component of lignocellulose by microorganisms,so as to provide a reference for the study of biodegradation of lignocellulose and promote the development process of straw feed.
