高职建筑类毕业生就业情况分析与对策研究——以广州城建职业学院为例

摘　　要：在人工智能技术加速更新、就业体制不断改革、高校毕业生逐年增加等因素影响下,高职建筑类毕业生就业问题日益突出。对此,以广州城建职业学院为例,对高职建筑类毕业生和用人单位开展调研,在分析毕业生就业现状、岗位能力需求,用人单位人才需求及建议的基础上,提出相应对策,以期为高职建筑类人才培养改革和就业工作创新提供参考。Due to the influence of rapid progress of AI technology,reforms of employment mechanisms,and the increase in the number of college graduates every year,the employment of students majoring in architecture has become prominent problem.Taking the School of Architecture and Engineering of Guangzhou City Construction College as an example,this article conducts a survey on architecture graduates and architecture employers,analyzes the current employment status,post requirements,and employment demand of enterprises,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide reference for the reform of the talents training and employment of architecture specialties in higher vocational colleges.
