粤港澳大湾区背景下香港地区与内地技术创新协同网络演化研究——以专利计量信息为依据

摘　　要：为研究香港地区与内地技术创新协同网络演化关系,以两地创新个体之间合作申请专利信息为研究对象,采用社会网络分析法,构建网络整体层面和节点层面指标评价体系。得出结论与启示如下:①两地技术创新协同信息的传递性及可达性较好,建立技术创新协同关系潜力较大,但总体网络规模较小,应为两地提供良好的平台和路径。②高校和民营企业在两地技术创新协同中是核心力量,政府应高度重视并充分发挥其作用。③两地技术创新协同主要表现为集团企业子母公司间及集团公司与控股公司之间的技术创新个体内部协同现象,应积极鼓励更多有实力的企业在两地成立子公司或分支机构。To study the evolutionary relationship of technological innovation collaboration between Hong Kong region and China's Mainland,cooperation in patent applications between innovation entities in both Hong Kong region and China's Mainland is taken as the research subject.Social network analysis method is adopted to construct an evaluation system for both the overall network level and the node level.The following conclusions and insights are drawn:(1)The transmission and accessibility of technological innovation collaboration information between Hong Kong region and China's Mainland are good,indicating significant potential for establishing technological innovation collaboration relationships.However,the overall scale of the network is relatively small,suggesting the need to provide better platforms and paths for collaboration between Hong Kong region and China's Mainland.(2)Universities and private enterprises play a crucial and significant role in technological innovation collaboration between Hong Kong region and China's Mainland.The government should highly value and fully leverage their role.(3)Technological innovation collaboration between Hong Kong region and China's Mainland mainly manifests as internal collaboration within group enterprise subsidiaries and between group companies and holding companies.Therefore,it is recommended to actively encourage more capable enterprises to establish subsidiaries or branches in both Hong Kong region or China's Mainland.
