摘  要:材料对水润滑轴承润滑性能影响较大,为合理选取轴承材料,建立了考虑不同材料的水润滑轴承混合润滑模型,研究了NBR,PTFE和Thordon的润滑性能。结果表明:Thordon的摩擦系数最小,膜厚比最大,从混合润滑变为流体润滑所需的转速最低;混合润滑阶段,两接触副表面接触摩擦严重,不同材料的摩擦系数及温升差别较大;流体润滑阶段,各材料间的摩擦系数及温升差别较小;低速工况下,表面粗糙度越大,不同材料间的摩擦系数和温升差别越大;表面粗糙度形貌参数越大,各材料的摩擦系数越大,水膜越薄,最高水膜温度越高;相同工况下,表面粗糙度及其形貌参数对Thordon的影响最小,对NBR的影响最大。Materials have great influence on lubrication performances of water-lubricated bearings.In order to select bearing materials reasonably,a mixed lubrication model of water-lubricated bearings considering different materials is established to study the lubrication performances of NBR,PTFE and Thordon.The results show that Thordon has the smallest friction coefficient,the largest film thickness ratio and the lowest rotational speed required for transition from mixed lubrication to hydrodynamic lubrication;during mixed lubrication stage,the contact friction between two surfaces is severe,and the friction coefficient and temperature rise of different materials are greatly different;during hydrodynamic lubrication stage,the friction coefficient and temperature rise of different materials have little difference;under low speed conditions,the larger the surface roughness,the greater the difference in friction coefficient and temperature rise among different materials;the larger the surface roughness morphology parameters,the larger the friction coefficient of each material,the thinner the water film,and the higher the maximum water film temperature;under same operating conditions,the surface roughness and its morphology parameters have the smallest effect on Thordon and the largest effect on NBR.
