摘　　要：二手房市场是我国房地产市场的重要组成部分,买卖双方在交易中都希望能够了解各类信息。文章采用Python作为编程语言,爬取上海二手房市场的房源信息进行大数据分析,并通过Python的可视化库,将分析结果以直观的图表形式展示出来。该方法具有较好的拓展性,可以应用于其他领域的数据分析和可视化工作。The second-hand housing market is an important component of China’s real estate market,and both buyers and sellers hope to understand various information in transactions.The article uses Python as the programming language to crawl the housing information of the Shanghai second-hand housing market for big data analysis,and presents the analysis results in an intuitive chart form through Python’s visualization library.This method has good scalability and can be applied to data analysis and visualization work in other fields.
