摘 要:光生物调节(PBM),在促进皮肤愈合、治疗神经损伤等方面均发挥重要作用。近年来,PBM通过增加脉络膜厚度、延缓眼轴增长等途径,在控制儿童近视进展方面得到密切关注。这种新型的光生物学方法,对儿童视网膜、脉络膜的生物安全性及其作用机制是目前关注的焦点,本研究拟综述前期文献,从PBM的原理、功能、尤其是其安全性、作用机制等方面阐述其在近视及眼科临床中的应用,为阐明PBM在近视及眼科相关疾病中应用前景及潜在安全性思考。Photobiomodulation(PBM)plays an important role in promoting skin healing and treating nerve injuries.PBM has received attention in recent years for its effectiveness in controlling children's myopia by increasing choroid thickness and delaying axial growth.The current focus of attention is on the biological safety and mechanism of this new photobiological method for children's retina and choroid.The purpose of this study is to review the existing literature and explain the clinical application of PBM in myopia and ophthalmology in terms of principle,function,and,most importantly,safety and mechanism of action.This will help to clarify the prospects and potential safety issues of PBM in diseases related to myopia and ophthalmology.
