摘　　要：Adie瞳孔是一种以单侧瞳孔散大,无法收缩为特征的眼科疾患,双侧发病临床较为罕见,发病原因为特发性的居多,尚无有效治疗方法,部分患者症状不典型或临床医师对该病认识不够充分,容易漏诊及误诊。现将就诊于我院的双侧Adie瞳孔1例报道如下。Adie’s pupil is an ophthalmic disease characterized by unilateral mydriasis.Bilateral onset is rare in clinics.Most of the causes are idiopathic,and there is no effective treatment.Some patients have atypical symptoms or clinicians have insufficient understanding of the disease,which makes it easy to miss diagnosis and misdiagnosis.A case of bilateral Adie’s pupil in our hospital is reported.
