高度近视RK术后行白内障超乳术中发生角膜伤口裂开1例

摘　　要：RK手术传入我国治疗屈光不正已有40年,当年接受RK手术的患者已经到达白内障高发年龄阶段,这类病人近年去医院寻求白内障的手术治疗的数量会逐渐增加,现将我科运用白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视RK术后合并白内障的手术过程中发生角膜伤口裂开1例的围手术期管理报告如下。RK surgery has been practiced in China for the treatment of refractive errors for 40 years.The patients who underwent RK surgery in the past have now reached the age group with a higher incidence of cataracts..Over time,the number of these patients seeking cataract surgery in hospitals has gradually increased.This report presents the perioperative management of a case involving corneal wound dehiscence during the surgical procedure for treating cataracts combined with post-RK surgery for high myopia,We utilized phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in our department.
