摘　　要：互联网时代,高校突发性群体事件的随机性和难以预见性更加显著。为了及时消除事件的危害、防止事件的进一步蔓延,高校亟须进行科学有效的应急管理。应急管理对于高校、网络、舆情、学生以及社会五个层面都具有重要意义。文章从预防意识、机制建立、队伍建设、学生管控以及事件复发五个角度,对当前应急管理的现状进行探究,并在此基础上提出针对性策略,旨在提升高校对突发群体性事件的重视程度,并为其应急管理的具体改进提供具有参考价值的建议。In the Internet era,the randomness and unpredictability of unexpected group events in colleges and universities are more significant.In order to timely eliminate the hazards of the event and prevent the further spread of the event,colleges and universities urgently need to carry out scientific and effective emergency management and emergency management,which is of great significance to colleges and universities,the network,public opinion,students and society.This article explores the current situation of emergency management from five perspectives of prevention awareness,mechanism establishment,team building,student management and control,and event recurrence,and proposes targeted strategies on this basis,aiming to enhance the attention of colleges and universities to unexpected group events,and provide suggestions with reference value for the specific improvement of their emergency management.
