摘　　要：新时代,人才竞争日益激烈,高校学生心理健康教育工作开展的效果直接关系到大学生的健康成长成才,其重要性也日益凸显。近年来,高校不断探索大学生心理健康教育工作的方式方法,取得了一定效果,但是在实际教育过程中,仍存在一些问题与不足。文章将在阐述当前高校学生心理健康教育难点的基础上,针对问题与不足提出对策,以期促进高校学生的全面和谐发展。In the new era,talent competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the effectiveness of mental health education for college students is directly related to their healthy growth and development,and its importance is becoming increasingly prominent.In recent years,universities have continuously explored ways and methods of mental health education for college students,achieving certain results.However,there are still some problems and shortcomings in the actual education process.On the basis of elaborating on the current difficulties in mental health education for college students,this article will propose countermeasures to address the problems and shortcomings,in order to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of college students.
