摘　　要：职业教育与经济发展密不可分、相辅相成。伴随新旧动能转换、产业转型升级,高职教育应主动适应区域经济发展新常态,深化专业建设与区域产业转型升级融合,促进高职教育与产业结构之间的动态平衡。本文以新疆高职教育发展为研究目标,从区域经济规模、区域人口经济发展、区域三次产业结构等方面,研究新疆高职教育发展与区域经济发展之间的协调性,以期为新疆高职教育发展布局与提升提供决策参考依据。Vocational education and economic development are inseparable and complement each other.With the transformation of old and new growth drivers and industrial transformation and upgrading,higher vocational education should take the initiative to adapt to the new normal of regional economic development,deepen the integration of profes⁃sional construction and regional industrial transformation and upgrading,and promote the dynamic balance between higher vocational education and industrial structure.This paper takes the development of higher vocational education in Xinjiang as the research target,and studies the coordination between the development of higher vocational education in Xinjiang and the development of regional economy from the aspects of regional economic scale,regional population and economic development,and the structures of regional three industries,so as to provide decision-making reference for the development layout and promotion of higher vocational education in Xinjiang.
