摘　　要：1+X证书制度对高职院校工商企业管理专业人才培养提出了新要求。在此背景下,高职院校应从专业实训课程建设的角度出发,构建工商企业管理专业“课证训赛融通”实训教学模式。为提升工商企业管理专业人才的职业核心能力与专业技能,应匹配1+X证书顶层设计框架,构建专业实训教学体系;重点推进各项技能竞赛,提高学生实训素养;搭建实习实训云平台,促进专业实践技能培养。同时,为确保“课证训赛融通”实训教学模式的顺利实施,应从制度、组织、师资、硬件四个方面建立保障机制。The cultivation of talents of business enterprise management majors in higher vocational colleges and universities should meet higher requirements because of the 1+X certificate system.In this context,higher vocational colleges and universities should start from the perspective of professional practical training course construction to build a practical training teaching mode of“integration of courses,certificates,trainings and competitions”for business enter⁃prise management majors.In order to improve the professional core competence and professional skills of business enter⁃prise management talents,the teaching of colleges and universities should match with the top-level design framework of the 1+X certificate and build a professional training teaching system,focusing on promoting skills competitions to im⁃prove students’practical training quality,and building a cloud platform for practice training to promote the cultivation of students’professional practical skills.At the same time,a guarantee mechanism should be established from four as⁃pects:system,organization,teachers and hardware in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the practical train⁃ing teaching model of“integration of courses,certificates,trainings and competitions”.
