摘　　要：乳腺恶性腺肌上皮瘤是一种临床罕见的乳腺肿瘤,其发病率少于原发性乳腺癌的1%。由于其发病率低,且组织形态学多样,因此,为该类肿瘤的精准诊断和临床处理带来挑战。本文报道1例导管内乳头状生长模式的乳腺恶性腺肌上皮瘤,同时回顾近5年国内外相关文献,对恶性腺肌上皮瘤的临床特点、病理特征、诊断、治疗及预后进行总结。Malignant adenomyoepithelioma(MAME)of the breast is a rare tumor with an incidence less than 1%of primary breast cancer.The low incidence and diverse histomorphology pose challenges to the accurate diagnosis and clinical management of MAME.This paper reports a case of MAME of the breast with an intraductal papillary growth pattern and summarizes the clinical features,pathological features,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of MAME of the breast in the last 5 years.
