摘　　要：全球近视患病率逐年上升,日常生活中框架眼镜及角膜接触镜多有不便,屈光手术因其良好的安全性、有效性、可预测性和长期稳定性成为一种常见屈光矫正治疗方式。然而,术后大量患者可能会出现短期干眼不适,术后干眼并发症是常见且需要解决的问题之一。干眼早期仅轻度影响视力,继续进展则可发展为角膜损伤,严重影响患者屈光术后治疗效果及日常生活,临床上也因此加大对屈光术后干眼的研究力度。屈光术后干眼发生影响因素多,且及时有效的处理对促进视力康复和降低继发性并发症的风险非常重要。本文就角膜屈光术后干眼的发病机制、诊断及防治措施进行综述。With the global prevalence of myopia increasing year by year and the inconvenience of frames and corneal contact lenses in daily life,corneal refractive surgery has become a common refractive correction treatment modality due to its excellent safety,efficacy,predictability and long-term stability.However,a large number of patients may experience short-term dry eye discomfort after surgery,and postoperative dry eye complications are one of the common and needed problems.Dry eye only mildly affects visual acuity in the early stage,but can develop into corneal damage if it continues to progress,which can seriously affect patients’post-refractive surgery treatment results and daily life,and therefore clinical research on post-refractive dry eye has been increased.There are many factors affecting the occurrence of post-refractive dry eye,and timely and effective management is important to promote visual recovery and reduce the risk of secondary complications.In this article,we review the pathogenesis,diagnosis and prevention measures of post-refractive dry eye.
