摘 要:pH是衡量水质的一项重要指标,水体pH过高或过低均会对水生生物构成危害。为了解水体pH对小龙虾的影响,为小龙虾养殖生产提供依据,本研究从pH 8–12以1.0为幅度设置5个梯度,分别记录24、48、72、96 h小龙虾的死亡数量来统计死亡率,在得出96 h LC50的基础上(9.71),设置对照组(pH 7.6)和实验组(pH 9.7)2个pH处理组,开始96 h高pH胁迫,于胁迫后0、2、8、24、96 h分别取样测定血液中SOD活性。结果表明,小龙虾在pH 8–12的5个梯度中各时间点的死亡情况不同,pH为8时,各时间点均无小龙虾死亡;pH为9时,24 h无小龙虾死亡;但随时间增长死亡率升高;pH为10时,小龙虾死亡率在24 h为16.50%,96 h增加到53.00%;pH为11时,小龙虾死亡率在24 h到达64.00%,48 h为100%;pH为12时,24 h死亡率为100%。对照组小龙虾血液中的SOD活性随时间变化不显著,各实验组小龙虾血液中的SOD活性随时间增加而降低,实验组与对照组之间0–8 h时无显著差异,24 h和96 h时差异显著(P<0.05)。pH is an important index to measure water quality,Too high or too low pH of water will be harmful to aquatic organisms.In order to understand the influence of water pH on Procambarus clarkii,and provide a basis for Procambarus clarkii breeding and production,in the present study,five gradients were set from pH 8–12 with the range of 1.0,and recorded the mortality of Procambarus clarkii at 24,48,72 and 96 h respectively.On the basis of 96 h LC50(9.71),the control group(pH 7.6)and the experimental group(pH 9.7)were set up for 96 h high pH stress,and SOD activity of blood was measured at 0,2,8,24 and 96 h after stress.The results showed that the death of Procambarus clarkii was different at each time point in the 5 gradients of pH 8–12.the mortality of Procambarus clarkii was 0 at each time point at pH 8,and no Procambarus clarkii died in 24 h pH 9.While,the mortality rate increased with time,the death rate of Procambarus clarkii was 16.50%at 24 h and increased to 53.00%at 96 h at pH 10.The death rate of Procambarus clarkii reached 64.00%at 24 h and 100%at 48 h at pH 11.The mortality of Procambarus clarkii was 100%at 24 h at pH 12.The SOD activity of Procambarus clarkii blood have no significantly changes at different time point in the control group,but decreased with time in all experimental groups.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at 0–8 h.While,there was significant difference at 24 h and 96 h(P<0.05).
