摘　　要：高校不仅需要承担教书育人的重任,还应承担着文化传承使命。地方高校带有鲜明的地域特色,为地方文化的融入提供有效载体,同时也为自身教学内容的丰富注入新的活力。地方高校在融合地方文化时,主要面临定位不准、沟通不畅以及实效性不足等问题。新时代高校必须积极推动教学改革与课程优化,开展社会实践活动,创新人才培养的长效机制,为地方文化传承创新和自身特色化发展提供新的路径。Colleges not only undertake the important task of teaching and educating people,but also undertake the function of cultural inheritance.Local colleges have distinct regional characteristics,which provide an effective carrier for the integration of local culture and inject new vitality into the enrichment of their own teaching content.Local colleges have been faced with problems such as inaccurate positioning,poor communication and insufficient effectiveness in the integration of local culture.In the new era,colleges must actively promote teaching reform and curriculum optimization,carry out social practice activities,innovate the long-term mechanism of talent training,and provide a new path for the inheritance,innovation,and distinctive development of local culture.
