摘　　要：产学研教学模式是培养技术技能型人才的有效途径之一,也是很多职业院校教学改革的主要方向。针对目前平台中存在的问题,结合装备制造业行业特点和专业实际,提出依托共建产学研平台,以高素质技能技术人才培养为核心,以教学模式和课程改革为纽带的路径,提高人才培养质量和针对性,提升产学研平台服务效能。Industry-University-Research teaching mode is one of the effective ways to cultivate applied talents with technical skills,and it is also the main direction of teaching reform in many colleges and universities.In view of the problems existing in the current platform,combined with the characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry and the professional reality,this paper puts forward the method of relying on the co-construction of Industry-University-Research platform,taking the cultivation of high-skilled technical personnel as the core,and taking the teaching mode and curriculum reform as the link to improve the quality,and pertinence of talent training,and improve the service efficiency of Industry-University-Research platform.
