摘 要:数字化转型、动态能力、制造业服务化成为企业获取竞争优势实现高质量发展面临的重大挑战,但是目前缺乏在宏观层面对数字化转型与制造业服务化的实证研究。以中国沪深A股制造业上市公司2013—2020年非平衡面板数据为样本,基于文献提出并验证了有关数字化转型、动态能力、制造业服务化之间作用机理的多个假设。研究发现:(1)数字化转型显著正向影响制造业的服务化;(2)动态能力在数字化转型与制造业服务化两者关系中存在正向中介作用;(3)营商环境在数字化转型影响制造业服务化过程中起正向调节作用;(4)非国有企业及东部地区企业在数字化转型对制造业服务化的影响方面更为显著。Digital transformation,dynamic capabilities,and manufacturing servitization are significant challenges for firms that intend to gain a competitive advantage and achieve high-quality development.However,limited empirical research exists on digital transformation and manufacturing servitization at the macro level.Based on the literature,this paper develops and testifies a set of hypotheses regarding the mechanism of the roles between digital transformation,dynamic capabilities,and manufacturing servitization by using the unbalanced panel data(from 2013 to 2020)of the A-share listed manufacturing firms in Shanghai and Shenzhen,China.The findings are:(1)Digital transformation significantly and positively affects manufacturing servitization.(2)A positive mediating role of dynamic capabilities exists in the relationship between digital transformation and manufacturing servitization.(3)The business environment positively moderates the relationship between digital transformation and manufacturing servitization.(4)Digital transformation has a greater impact on the servitization of the non-state-owned enterprises and enterprises in the eastern regions.
