高校分类协调发展研究——以法国高等教育为例

摘　　要：法国高等教育存在大学和大学校“二元区隔”的问题。其院校之间的分类协调发展,仰赖于高等教育运行市场化、高等院校办学地方化、高等教育分流与整合和人才培养兼融职业化等核心路径。借鉴法国的实践案例,推进我国高校的分类协调发展,似应利用国家-市场-院校协调机制解决院校分类的短板和堵点,通过优化高等教育生态、加强院校分类管理、推进院校内外共治、加强微观教育改革等举措提供保障和支撑。There are institutional difficulties such as the"dualistic separation"between Universities and Grandes Écoles among the higher education in France.The policy and practice of the coordinated development of French higher education institutions can be summarized as the marketization,localization,diversification and integration,diversification and vocationalization of higher education.Drawing on France cases,it seems that we should formulate plans and guidelines from the perspective of higher education's internal functions and external needs,utilize the state-market-institution coordination mechanism to solve the shortcomings and blockages in the classification of institutions,to optimize the ecology of higher education,and provide safeguards and support through effective initiatives.
