摘  要:研究生导师落实立德树人、与多部门协作育人关乎研究生培养的效果。该研究以三峡大学土木与建筑学院为例,调研30名研究生导师和2位相关部门工作人员,旨在呈现研究生导师立德树人职责落实现状和多部门协作育人过程中面临困境。研究发现,研究生导师更重视学生毕业要求相关的内容,对于立德树人职责的认知还有待提升,对学生的思想引导与过程育人有待加强。此外,探讨研究生培养过程中预警机制、多部门协作、加强导师能力建设角度的改进需求。The implementation of moral education by graduate student supervisors and the collaboration with multiple departments are crucial to the effectiveness of graduate student training.In this study,30 graduate student supervisors and 2 staff members of related departments were surveyed in the College of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Three Gorges University,to present the current situation of implementing the duties of graduate student supervisors in moral education and the difficulties in the process of multi-departmental collaboration in nurturing students.The study found that the graduate student supervisors paid more attention to the content related to the graduation requirements of students,but their knowledge of the responsibility of moral education needs to be improved,and the ideological guidance and process of educating students needs to be strengthened.In addition,the need for improvement from the perspectives of early warning mechanisms,multi-departmental collaboration,and strengthening the capacity building of instructors in the postgraduate training process are discussed.
