摘　　要：机械式粉末压制设备已广泛应用于粉末冶金、陶瓷、磁性材料等领域,而变频调速技术是一种利用变频器改变电机转速的方法,具有节能、高效、灵活的优点。分析了变频调速技术的原理和特点,探讨了变频调速在机械式粉末压制设备上的安装和调试方法,以及控制策略和参数设置,分析了变频调速在机械式粉末压制设备上的影响因素和优化方法,以期为变频调速技术在机械式粉末压制设备上的应用提供理论依据和实践指导。Mechanical powder pressing equipment has been widely used in powder metallurgy,ceramics,magnetic materials and other fields,and variable frequency speed control technology is a method of using a frequency converter to change the motor speed,which has the advantages of en⁃ergy saving,high efficiency,and flexibility.The article analyzes the principle and characteristics of variable frequency speed regulation technology,explores the installation and debugging methods of variable frequency speed regulation on mechanical powder pressing equipment,as well as con⁃trol strategies and parameter settings.It analyzes the influencing factors and optimization methods of variable frequency speed regulation on mechanical powder pressing equipment,in order to pro⁃vide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the application of variable frequency speed regula⁃tion technology in mechanical powder pressing equipment.
