摘　　要：免疫荧光(IF)技术亦称荧光抗体技术,是通过结合荧光团标记的特定抗原或抗体在紫外线发出荧光来实现的一种示踪技术。IF具有极高的灵敏度和信号放大能力,被广泛应用于细菌病毒和寄生虫的鉴别诊断、部分疾病免疫学机制的研究、器官移植的鉴定、抗原组织定位等方面。近视作为一种屈光不正性疾病,严重影响着人们的视力健康,IF在近视机制及治疗措施的研究中发挥了重要作用。本文就近年来IF在近视相关生物标志物检测中的应用进展进行综述。Immunofluorescence(IF)technology,also known as fluorescent antibody technology,is a tracer technology that emits fluorescence in ultraviolet light by binding to specific antigens or antibodies labeled with fluorophores.IF has high sensitivity and signal amplification ability.It is widely used in the differential diagnosis of bacterial viruses and parasites,the study of immunological mechanisms of some diseases,the identification of organ transplantation,and antigen tissue localization and so on.Myopia,as a refractive error disease,seriously affects the visual health of people.IF plays an important role in the study of myopia mechanism and treatment measures.This paper reviews the application advances of IF in the detection of myopia-related biomarkers in recent years.
