厚朴麻黄汤与泽漆汤治疗肺癌理论解析与临床应用

摘　　要：我国近年来肺癌发病率及死亡率均居首位,并呈现上升趋势。中医药治疗适合全过程参与到肺癌患者的治疗与康复中,具有促进肺癌患者术后康复,降低复发转移风险,延长生存期的效果。《金匮要略》中所载药方厚朴麻黄汤证核心病机属内有停饮兼有表证,症状以咳嗽为主,喘息气促、难以平卧,脉浮者多由气逆于上所致。泽漆汤主症包括咳、脉沉,水饮内停是核心病机。厚朴麻黄汤、泽漆汤两方在肺癌治疗中卓有效果,其理论深意值得在临床中反复探讨,温故知新。本文对两经典方剂做出理论分析探讨两方主证的病机、病性,重点分析药物配伍规律,并介绍其临床应用。从寒热、表里、气机入手,扶阳抑阴,顺势截断,合理合方、化裁,可以为肺癌的中医药治疗提供有益尝试和新的思路。In recent years,the incidence and mortality of lung cancer have ranked first in China,and are showing a rising trend.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is suitable for the whole process of lung cancer patients to participate in the treatment and rehabilitation,and has the effect of promoting the postoperative rehabilitation of lung cancer patients,reducing the risk of recurrence and metastasis,and extending the survival period.The core pathogenesis of Houpu Mahuang Decoction in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber is that there are both symptoms of excessive fluid inside and exterior syndrome outside.The symptoms are mainly cough,shortness of breath with difficultly lying down,and most of the patients with floating pulse are caused by the reversal of qi.Zeqi Decoction is mainly to treat with the mainly symptoms of cough and sinking pulse,which of the core pathogenesis is the excessive fluid inside.Houpu Mahuang Decoction and Zeqi Decoction are effective in the treatment of lung cancer,and their theoretical significance is worth to be discussed and reviewed repeatedly in clinical practice.The article explored the pathogenesis and nature of the main syndromes of the two classical prescriptions,focusing on the analysis of drug compatibility rules,and introducing their clinical applications.From cold and heat,exterior and inner,qi movement,supporting yang and suppressing yin,cutting off the homeopathy,reasonable either combining or modifying of prescriptions personalized,which can provide useful attempts and new ideas for the treatment of lung cancer.
