摘  要:传统理化检测分析方式精度有限且连续性较差,微生物检测技术具有高效、高敏感等优势,弥补了传统技术的不足,在水质环境检测中应用价值显著。应用微生物检测技术能够高精度的判断水环境污染程度,准确检测出水体中的超标菌群以及有害物质,为水环境治理提供合理的依据。基于AHP模糊评价法,对不同微生物监测技术的应用可靠性进行评价分析,结果显示不同检测技术在应用可靠性方面存在差异。为此在实际应用中应结合技术现状,明确注意事项,提升技术应用的可靠性。Traditional physical and chemical detection and analysis methods have limited accuracy and poor continuity.Microbial detection technology has advantages such as high efficiency and high sensitivity,which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional technology and has significant application value in water quality and environmental detection.The application of microbial detection technology can accurately determine the degree of water environmental pollution,accurately detect excessive bacterial communities and harmful substances in water bodies,and provide a reasonable basis for water environment governance.Based on the AHP fuzzy evaluation method,the application reliability of different microbial monitoring technologies was evaluated and analyzed,and the results showed that there were differences in the application reliability of different detection technologies.Therefore,in practical applications,it is necessary to combine the current technological situation,clarify precautions,and improve the reliability of technological applications.
