摘　　要：半乳凝素-8(galectin-8,Gal-8)是一种在正常组织和病理组织中均广泛表达的内源性凝集素,其参与调控了细胞的黏附、生长和凋亡。近年来,Gal-8因其在肿瘤中的差异表达及调控机制而引起广大研究员的关注。因此,本文系统的描述了Gal-8的生物学特性并总结了目前Gal-8在肿瘤中的差异表达及其在肿瘤中的作用机制,阐述了Gal-8的表达差异与患者预后的初步关系,并重点从促进肿瘤细胞的生长、促进肿瘤的迁移和侵袭以及免疫调节三个方面论述了Gal-8在肿瘤中的可能作用机制。此外,本文还讨论了Gal-8抑制剂的开发和潜在的临床应用,以期为靶向Gal-8的临床治疗提供新的参考。Galectin-8(Gal-8),an endogenous lectin,is expressed in both normal and pathological tissues and is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion,growth,and apoptosis.In recent years,Gal-8 has garnered significant attention from researchers due to its distinct expression patterns and regulatory mechanisms in tumors.Therefore,this article presents a comprehensive description of the biological characteristics of Gal-8 and summarizes the current status of its differential expression and mechanisms of action in tumors.Additionally,it outlines the preliminary association between the differential expression of Gal-8 and patient prognosis.Furthermore,this paper delves into the potential mechanisms of action of Gal-8 in tumors,including its role in promoting tumor cell growth,facilitating tumor migration and invasion,and regulating immune responses.Furthermore,this paper examines the progress and potential therapeutic uses of Gal-8 inhibitors,aiming to offer novel hypotheses and sources for clinical interventions directed towards Gal-8.
