摘　　要：肿瘤转移是导致癌症患者死亡的最重要因素。转移抑制基因-1(metastasis suppressor-1,MTSS1)与肿瘤转移过程关系密切,既往研究提示MTSS1抑制肿瘤转移,但近年来研究发现该基因具有两面性,也能促进某些肿瘤的进展,这就使得人们不得不重新审视以该基因作为靶点治疗肿瘤的可行性。本文就MTSS1在肿瘤中所发挥的作用及机制进行综述,并对其应用前景进行展望。Metastasis is the most important factor leading to the death of cancer patients.Metastasis suppressor-1(MTSS1)is closely related to the process of tumor metastasis.Previous studies have suggested that MTSS1 inhibits tumor metastasis,but in recent years,studies have found that this gene has two sides and can also promote the progression of some tumors,which makes people have to re-examine the feasibility of using this gene as a target for tumor treatment.In this paper,the role and mechanism of MTSS1 in tumor were reviewed,and its application prospect was also discussed.
