摘  要:目的:探讨摄入温度与反流性食管炎的相关性。方法:纳入我院2022年1月至2023年9月行胃镜检查的患者,分为反流性食管炎组(N=125)和慢性胃炎组(N=125),并完成调查问卷填写。结果:两组患者间性别、体重指数、无进食过饱、喜进食水果、喜烫食、喜饮热烫水、饮水温度等级、饮水习惯年数、食管裂孔疝、冠心病、脂肪肝差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,女性、喜进食水果、无进食过饱是反流性食管炎的保护因素,喜烫食、喜饮热烫水、脂肪肝是反流性食管炎的危险因素。结论:摄入温度与反流性食管炎相关,喜饮热烫水的人患反流性食管炎的风险增加,建议喜烫食、喜饮热烫水的人降低饮食及饮水温度。Objective:To explore the correlation between intake temperature and Reflux esophagitis.Methods:Patients with perfect gastroscopy were collected between January 2022 and September 2023 in our hospital,divided into reflux esophagitis group(N=125)and chronic gastritis group(N=125),and completed the questionnaire.Results:The differences in gender,body mass index,no overfeeding,fondness for fruits,fondness for hot food,fondness for hot water,drinking water temperature grade,number of years of drinking habit,esophageal hiatal hernia,coronary heart disease,and fatty liver disease were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05);and multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that female,fondness for fruits,and no overfeeding were protective factors for reflux esophagitis,and fondness for hot food,fondness for hot water,and fatty liver were risk factors for reflux esophagitis.Conclusion:The intake temperature is related to reflux esophagitis,and we suggest that people who like eating hot food and drinking hot water reduce the temperature of eating and drinking.
