摘  要:食品安全是社会发展中大众普遍关注的社会焦点问题,经济全球化背景下,我国生产的食品开始走出国门,进入世界各国的食品市场中。加强外贸食品安全保障,既是出于保障世界各国消费者人身安全与合法权益的需要,也是维护国家形象的必要手段。基于此,本文将从全球供应链视角出发,论述全球供应链视角下外贸食品安全风险的主要来源以及食品安全风险形成的原因,并根据实际问题提出进一步加强外贸食品安全风险控制的策略建议,为建立更完善、高效的外贸食品安全管控体系提供实际性的支持。Food safety is a widely concerned social issue in social development.Against the backdrop of economic globalization,food produced in China has begun to go abroad and enter the food markets of various countries around the world.Strengthening food safety protection in foreign trade is not only necessary to ensure the personal safety and legitimate rights and interests of consumers around the world,but also a necessary means to maintain national image.Based on this,this article will start from the perspective of the global supply chain,discuss the main sources of food safety risks in foreign trade and the reasons for the formation of food safety risks from the perspective of the global supply chain.Based on actual problems,it will propose strategic suggestions to further strengthen the control of food safety risks in foreign trade,providing practical support for establishing a more complete and efficient foreign trade food safety control system.
