摘 要:目的:对比铬酸钡分光光度法(热法)和离子色谱法测定生活饮用水中硫酸盐含量的结果,探讨两种方法的差异和优缺点。方法:以铬酸钡分光光度法(热法)和离子色谱法分别测定弥勒市辖区11个乡镇22份自来水中的硫酸盐含量,并对2种方法测定结果进行配对t检验。结果:2种方法对26份水样氯化物的测定结果差异无统计学意义(t=0.8657,P>0.05);离子色谱法检出限小于铬酸钡分光光度法的检出限;测定相同浓度的硫酸盐溶液,两种方法均可得到较好的准确度和回收率,但离子色谱法的精密度明显大于分光光度法,特别是硫酸盐含量较小的水样。结论:生活饮用水中硫酸盐较低时,用离子色谱法测定检出限更低,检测大批水样时可以节省时间,同时可以测定其他多种阴离子含量,但分光光度法检测成本更低。Objective:To compare the results of barium chromate spectrophotometry(thermal method)and ion chromatography in determining sulfate content in drinking water,and to explore the differences,advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.Method:The sulfate content in 26 tap water samples from 13 townships in the jurisdiction of Mile city was determined by barium chromate spectrophotometry(thermal method)and ion chromatography,respectively,and the results of the two methods were tested by paired t-test.Result:There was no statistically significant difference between the two methods in the determination of chloride in 26 water samples(t=0.8657,P>0.05).The detection limit of ion chromatography was lower than that of barium chromate spectrophotometry.Both methods can achieve good accuracy and recovery rate in the determination of sulfate solutions with the same concentration,but the precision of ion chromatography is significantly higher than that of spectrophotometry,especially for water samples with low sulfate content.Conclusion:When the sulfate content in drinking water is low,ion chromatography has a lower detection limit and can save time in testing a large number of water samples,while measuring the content of other anions at the same time.However,spectrophotometry has a lower detection cost.
