摘  要:为解决因天气阴晴变化而带来的晾衣困扰等问题,设计了一款基于太阳能发电且具有环境感知功能的晾衣系统。以STM32F103C8T6单片机为主控芯片,采用太阳能供电,二维度实时追踪太阳,提高采光率缩短蓄电池充电时间并提供稳定电源;采用菱形机械结构,通过检测温湿度、光照强度、雨水以及实时时间等外界信息,控制步进电机实现晾衣架的收放等功能。针对阈值附近电机抖动和电机运行影响其他模块正常工作的问题,采用了双阈值法和产生1 ms中断分步执行方法解决。制作了蓝牙手机APP,可实现短距离手机无线控制、系统模式配置以及数据互传等功能,同时通过WIFI模块与阿里云物联网平台相连,通过阿里云平台的云流转服务可实现手机APP远程控制步进电机的开关。In order to solve the problems caused by the change of weather,this paper designs a clothes drying system based on solar power generation and has the function of environment awareness.STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip,using solar power,two-dimensional real-time tracking of the sun,improve lighting rate,shorten battery charging time and provide stable power supply;Using diamond mechanical structure,through the detection of temperature and humidity,light intensity,rain and real-time time and other external information,control the stepper motor to achieve the drying rack and other functions.To solve the problem of motor jitter and motor operation affecting the normal operation of other modules near the threshold value,the double threshold method and the step execution method of generating 1 ms interrupt are adopted.The Bluetooth mobile APP is made,which can realize short-range mobile wireless control,system mode configuration,data transmission and other functions.At the same time,it is connected to Alibaba Cloud Internet of Things platform through WIFI module,and the mobile APP can remotely control the switch of the stepper motor through the cloud flow service of Alibaba Cloud platform.
