大柳选煤厂块煤分选系统的优化改造实践

摘　　要：介绍了华亭煤业大柳选煤厂的洗选工艺流程,分析了块煤分选过程中存在的原煤泥化严重、合介泵上料不稳定、浅槽分选机流量紊乱、介质分流量调节不准确等问题。选煤厂为提升块煤分选系统的分选效率,在设备、工艺方面进行了一系列优化改造,改造后大幅度提高了块煤分选系统的分选效率,保证了块煤分选系统的稳定性、高效性。The washing process of Daliu coal preparation plant in Huating Coal industry was introduced,and the problems such as serious slime of raw coal,unstable feeding of medium pump,disordered flow of shallow tank separator and inaccurate adjustment of medium diverter were analyzed.In order to improve the sorting efficiency of the lump coal sorting system,the coal preparation plant has carried out a series of optimization and transformation in the aspects of equipment and technology.After the transformation,the sorting efficiency of the lump coal sorting system has been greatly improved,and the stability and efficiency of the lump coal sorting system have been ensured.
