摘 要:为探索腐殖酸浓度对土壤中磷素转化的影响,以磷酸一铵为唯一磷源,开展了25℃人工气候箱中恒温连续培养的试验。试验共设9个处理,以不施肥为对照(CK)处理,T1~T8处理依次添加质量分数为0、0.1%、0.5%、1%、2%、5%、7%、10%的腐殖酸,分别在培养后的第5、15、30、55、80、105、130、155、180天取土样测定pH、速效磷及各形态无机磷(Ca_(2)-P、Ca_(8)-P、Al-P、Fe-P、O-P、Ca_(10)-P)含量。结果表明:磷酸一铵+腐殖酸的处理可以有效提高各形态无机磷的含量;腐殖酸添加量为7%时,对磷的转化和活化影响最大,Ca_(2)-P、Ca_(8)-P的含量最高,较单一磷酸一铵处理的分别提高79.30%、61.41%。In order to explore the effect of humic acid concentration on phosphorus transformation in soil,a constant temperature continuous cultivation experiment is conducted in a 25℃artificial climate box with monoammonium phosphate as the sole phosphorus source.A total of 9 treatments have been set up in the experiment,with no fertilization as the control(CK)treatment.From T1 to T8 treatments,humic acid with mass fractions of 0,0.1%,0.5%,1%,2%,5%,7%,and 10%is added sequentially.Soil samples are taken on the 5th,15th,30th,55th,80th,105th,130th,155th,and 180th day after cultivation to determine pH,available phosphorus,and various forms of inorganic phosphorus(Ca_(2)-P,Ca_(8)-P,Al-P,Fe-P,O-P,Ca_(10)-P)content.The results show that the treatment of monoammonium phosphate+humic acid can effectively increase the content of various forms of inorganic phosphorus.When the amount of humic acid added is 7%,the impact on the transformation and activation of phosphorus is the greatest,the content of Ca_(2)-P and Ca_(8)-P are the highest,which are 79.30% and 61.41% higher than those treated with monoammonium phosphate,respectively.
