心理护理对初产妇产后抑郁情绪、睡眠质量及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究心理护理对初产妇产后抑郁情况、睡眠质量以及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2021年7月至2023年3月泉州市第一医院产科收治的初产妇80例作为研究对象,按照掷骰子的方式随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组接受常规护理联合心理护理,对照组接受常规护理,对比2组产妇护理前后抑郁情绪、睡眠质量以及护理满意度差异。结果:护理前2组产妇的抑郁情绪评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数得分、生命质量量表得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);护理后观察组产妇抑郁情绪评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数得分均低于对照组,生命质量量表得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后观察组产妇满意率及满意度均分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对初产妇开展心理护理有助于改善产妇抑郁情绪,提高产妇的睡眠质量及生命质量,且有助于调节初产妇的护理满意度,具有一定的临床推广运用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing on postpartum depression,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of primiparas.Methods:A total of 80 primiparas who gave birth in the obstetrics department of Quanzhou First Hospital from July 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into observation group(n=40,receiving conventional nursing combined with psychological nursing)and control group(n=40,receiving conventional nursing)according to the way of rolling dice.The differences of depression,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of depression,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and quality of life scale between the two groups before nursing(P s>0.05).After nursing,the scores of depression and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of quality of life scale was higher than that in the control group(P s<0.05).After nursing,the maternal satisfaction rate and the average score of satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing for primiparas can help to improve their depression,sleep quality and quality of life,and help to regulate the nursing satisfaction of primiparas,which has certain clinical application value.
