摘　　要：基于元宇宙世界的虚拟性,元宇宙虚拟法庭的证据形式也会与现实世界有所区别,在虚拟环境中运用最佳证据规则进行庭审,要先处理好原始证据与传来证据的区分,以及证据出示和审查中的问题。元宇宙虚拟法庭中存在证据区分标准模糊、证据风险增加、质证义务加重等问题,通过数字孪生技术、区块链和NFT加密技术等保障最佳证据规则在元宇宙虚拟法庭中的构建。Based on the virtual nature of the metacosmic world,the evidence form of the virtual court will also be different from the real world.Using the rules of the best evidence in the virtual environment,we should deal with the distinction between the original evidence and the evidence,and the problems in the evidence presentation and review.In the metaverse virtual court,there are some problems of fuzzy evidence differentiation standard,increased evidence risk and increased cross-examination obligation.The construction of the best evidence rules in the metaverse virtual court is guaranteed through digital twin technology,blockchain and NFT encryption technology.
