溴芬酸钠联合人工泪液治疗干眼症对视功能、症状及体征的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨溴芬酸钠和人工泪液联合应用对干眼症患者视功能、症状及体征的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州第三人民医院收治的88例干眼症患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=44)采用单一人工泪液治疗,观察组(n=44)在对照组的基础上+溴芬酸钠治疗,治疗周期为2周。对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗2周后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(97.73%vs81.82%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.389,P=0.036);治疗后,两组自觉症状及体征、角膜荧光素染色、视觉功能评分均降低,泪液分泌量均增多,泪膜破裂时间均延长,且观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后,两组视觉相关生命质量各项评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论干眼症患者采用溴芬酸钠和人工泪液联合治疗,能够减少角膜损伤,促进泪液分泌,增加泪膜稳定性,提高视功能,缓解干眼症状,改善生活质量,疗效显著,安全性较高。Objective To explore the effects of the combined application of bromfenac sodium and artificial tears on visual function,symptoms and signs of dry eye patients.Methods A total of 88 patients with dry eye treated in the Third People's Hospital of Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=44)received single artificial tear treatment,and the observation group(n=44)received combined treatment with sodium bromofenac on the basis of the control group.The treatment cycle was 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.73%vs 81.82%),and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=4.389,P=0.036).After treatment,the scores of self-conscious symptoms and signs,corneal fluo⁃rescein staining and visual function were decreased,tear secretion was increased,and tear film rupture time was pro⁃longed in both groups,and observation group was superior to control group,and the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vision-related quality of life in both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of dry eye patients with bromfenac sodium and artificial tears can reduce corneal damage,promote tear secretion,increase tear film stability,improve visual function,and improve their dry eye symp⁃toms and quality of life,with significant efficacy and good security.
