摘　　要：目的了解郑州市近视小学生心理健康状况及其影响因素,为提高近视小学生心理健康水平提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,在河南省人民医院视光学中心随机抽取325名就诊的近视小学生,选用小学生心理健康评定量表(MHRSP)调查心理健康状况,采用Logistic回归模型分析近视小学生心理健康状况的影响因素。结果近视小学生心理健康状况不良发生率为28.31%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄小、近视度数高、近视度数进展快和存在同伴交往问题是影响近视小学生心理健康的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论郑州市近视小学生心理健康状况仍需改善,相关部门应对其危险因素进行早期识别和有效干预,以改善近视小学生的心理状况。Objective To investigate mental health status and its inf luencing factors in pupils with myopia in Zhengzhou city so as to provide basis for improving mental health levels of pupils.Methods A total of 325 myopic pupils were selected from the optometric center of Henan Provincial People's Hospital according to stratified cluster random sampling method,their mental health status was investigated using the Mental Health Rate Scale for Pupil(MHRSP)and influencing factors of mental health status were analyzed using Logistic regression model.Results The incidence of poor mental health in myopic pupils was 28.31%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that young age,high degrees of myopia,fast progression of myopia and peer interaction problems were risk factors influencing mental health in myopic pupils.Conclusion The mental health status in pupils with myopia in Zhengzhou city still needs be improved,early identification of risk factors and effective intervention should be performed to improve the mental health status of myopic pupils.
