摘　　要：抑郁症是一种多重机制参与的、以心情低落为主要症状的疾病。目前对抑郁症的识别和诊断很大程度上依赖于主观判断,尚缺乏客观有效的评估手段。随着脑电信号分析及处理技术的不断发展,不同波形频带能级改变与抑郁症的诊断、预测治疗效果有关。因此,文章回顾了近几年有关脑电图对抑郁症诊断的相关研究,对脑电图在抑郁症中的应用效果进行分析总结,旨在为抑郁症的辅助诊断与治疗提供依据。Depression is a disease involving multiple mechanisms and with depressed mood as main symptom.At present,the identification and diagnosis of depression depends on subjective judgment to a great extent,objective and effective assessment methods are still lacking.With the continuous development of electroencephalography(EEG)signal analysis and processing technology,the changes of different waveform frequency bands'energy levels are related to the diagnosis of depression and prediction of therapeutic effects.Therefore,the article reviewed the relevant researches on EEG's diagnosis of depression in recent years and application effects of EEG in depression analyzed and summarized in order to provide basis for auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of depression clinically.
