摘 要:目的探讨微视频联合多模块饮食管理在预防老年精神障碍患者噎食中的应用效果。方法将689例老年精神障碍患者按入院时间分为观察组349例和对照组340例。对照组患者给予常规饮食管理,观察组在常规饮食管理基础上给予微视频联合多模块饮食管理,干预3周。比较两组患者噎食知识问卷评分、饮食管理依从率、饮食管理质量缺陷数及噎食不良事件发生率。结果两组患者脱落率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者噎食知识问卷评分、饮食管理依从率均高于对照组,饮食管理质量缺陷数、噎食不良事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论微视频联合多模块饮食管理提高了老年精神障碍患者防噎食相关知识知晓度,改善其饮食管理依从性,有效减少噎食不良事件的发生,提升饮食管理质量。Objective To explore the application effect of micro video combined with multi-module dietary management in preventing chokes of elderly patients with mental disorders.Methods A total of 689 patients were divided into observation(n=349)and control group(n=340)according to admission time.Controls received routine dietary management and observation group did micro video combined with multi-module dietary management on the basis of routine dietary management for 3 weeks.Scores on chokes-related knowledge questionnaire(SMCRKQ),the number of quality defects of food safety management(QDFSM),and the incidence of choking adverse events were compared between two groups.Results Intergroup difference in dropout rate wasn't statistically significant(P>0.05).Score on the SMCRKQ and the compliance rate of diatary management were higher and the number of the QDFSM and the incidence of choking adverse events were lower in observation than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The combination of micro video and multi-module dietary management improves the awareness of choking prevention knowledge in elderly patients with mental disorders and compliance with dietary safety management,effectively reduces the occur rence of choking adverse events,and improves the quality of dietary safety management.
