基于皮尔斯符号学的扬州剪纸图案研究

摘　　要：符号是人们认识事物的媒介,而皮尔斯符号学理论是分析各类符号的有效工具。本研究以扬州剪纸为研究主题,运用皮尔斯符号学理论,对四种题材的扬州剪纸图案进行符号分析,探讨扬州剪纸如何使用相似符、指示符与规约符承载与表达文化内涵。在此基础上,研究进一步提出扬州剪纸的发展建议:剪纸艺人应在保持传统文化特色的同时,结合时代精神,创新符号的运用,为扬州剪纸艺术注入新的文化内涵,获得长久的发展。Signs are the media through which people get to know things,and Charles Sanders Peirce’s Semiotic Theory have long been an effective tool for analyzing various types of signs.Taking the Yangzhou Paper Cutting as the research theme,this paper analyzes the patterns of the Yangzhou Paper Cutting based on Pierce’s Semiotics,and discusses how the paper cutting carries and conveys the cultural connotation with the use of icons,indexes and symbols.Furthermore,the research provides advice on the development of the traditional folk art:the paper cutting artists should combine the spirit of the times with the use of innovative signs while maintaining the traditional cultural characteristics,so as to introduce new cultural connotations into the art of Yangzhou Paper Cutting and to gain sustainable development.
