基于本科新生心理普测数据探析心理问题干预措施——以山西某高校农业工程学院为例

摘　　要：本科新生从高中阶段进入大学阶段面临周遭环境的变化,部分学生会出现不同程度的心理问题.基于山西省某高校农业工程学院2018级-2020级本科新生心理普测数据构建指标数据矩阵,运用熵值法对普测数据进行分析评价,分析心理问题出现的原因,尝试提出及早关注,正确引导;团体辅导,加强沟通;完善机制,多方联动;加大投入,储备师资等干预措施.When the freshmen enter the university from the high school,they will face the changes of the surrounding environment,and some students will have different degrees of psychological problems.This paper constructs index data matrix based on the psychological general test data of undergraduates from 2018 to 2020 in the Agricultural Engineering College of a university in Shanxi Province,uses entropy method to analyze and evaluate the general test data to explore the causes of psychological problems,and tries to put forward intervention measures,such as early attention and correct guidance,group counseling and strengthen communication,improving the mechanism and multi-party interaction,increasing investment and reserving teachers.
