摘　　要：目的:探讨国内外非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)相关长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在肿瘤学研究领域近十年文献研究的情况,分析研究热点及发展脉络,以期为lncRNA在肺癌领域的进一步研究提供参考依据。方法:检索Web of Science核心合集数据库2013—2022年与NSCLC相关lncRNA研究的文献,利用R语言中的Bibliometrix软件包、CiteSpace软件、VOSviewer软件对相关文献进行统计和可视化分析。结果:共纳入473篇文献,NSCLC相关lncRNA发文量整体呈上升趋势,中国和美国是发文量最多的国家,研究内容主要集中在肺癌的转移、增殖等方面,研究前沿集中在lncRNA作为肿瘤的生物标志物和治疗靶点以及相关调控机制研究方面。结论:NSCLC相关lncRNA仍是近年来的研究热点,虽然我国在该领域发文量较多,但文献的质量及影响力仍有待提高。Objective:To explore the literature on long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)related to non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)in the field of oncology over the past decade.The analyze research hot spots and development trends in order to provide a reference for further research on lncRNA in the field of lung cancer.Methods:Literature related to NSCLC and lncRNA from 2013 to 2022 was retrieved from the Web of Science core database.Bibliometric analysis and visualization were conducted using the Bibliometrix packages in the R programming language,and CiteSpace,VOSviewer software.Results:A total of 473 articles were included in the analysis.The publication volume on NSCLC-related lncRNA showed an overall increasing trend,with China and the United States being the top contributors.Research focused mainly on aspects such as metastasis and proliferation in lung cancer.Frontline research concentrated on lncRNA as a biomarker and therapeutic target for tumors,as well as studies on relevant regulatory mechanisms.Conclusion:NSCLC-related lncRNA remains a recent research hotspot.Although China has a high publication volume in this field,the quality and impact of the literature still need improvement.
