强制隔离戒毒人员康复期生命质量现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解强制隔离戒毒人员(以下简称“强戒人员”)康复期的生命质量,并探究其影响因素。方法:使用“药物成瘾者生存质量测定量表(QOL-DA V2.0)”对昆明市某公安强制戒毒所医院内康复期强戒人员进行问卷调查。结果:共收集有效问卷333份,333名强戒人员躯体功能、心理功能、症状/毒副作用、社会功能得分分别为(32.63±7.22)、(35.13±7.80)、(47.11±8.90)、(38.25±6.68)分,生命质量总分为(153.11±25.88)分。多因素分析结果显示,性别、年龄、婚姻状况、有无慢性病、是否复吸、认为毒瘾能否戒断、家庭月收入分别对生命质量不同维度有影响。结论:昆明市某公安强制戒毒所医院强戒人员康复期的生命质量处于中等水平,受多方面因素影响,公安强制戒毒所医院应多关注患有慢性病及复吸的强戒人员,提升强制戒毒医疗的卫生服务能力,加强资源整合以提高强戒人员在戒毒康复期的生命质量。Objective:To understand the quality of life of drug addicts in compulsory isolation detoxification(hereinafter referred to as"compulsory detoxification personnel")during the recovery period and explore its influencing factors.Methods:"The drug addict's life quality measurement scale(QOL-DA V2.0)"was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of compulsory detoxification personnel during the recovery period in a hospital of Kunming Public Security Compulsory Drug Rehabilitation Center.Results:A total of 333 valid questionnaires were collected.The scores of physical function,psychological function,symptom/toxic and side effects and social function of the 333 participants were(32.63±7.22),(35.13±7.80),(47.11±8.90)and(38.25±6.68),respectively.The total quality of life score was(153.11±25.88).The multi-factor analysis results showed that gender,age,marital status,chronic diseases,drug relapse,whether drug addiction can be quit,and monthly family income had an impact on different dimensions.Conclusion:The quality of life of compulsory detoxification personnel during the recovery period in a hospital of Kunming Public Security Compulsory Drug Rehabilitation Center needs to be further improved.Affected by many factors,the public security compulsory detoxification center hospital should pay more attention to the compulsory detoxification personnel with chronic diseases and drug relapse,improve the health service capacity of compulsory detoxification medical treatment,and strengthen resource integration to improve the quality of life of compulsory detoxification personnel during the recovery period.
